Campbell Park Community Council: Future-Ready Community Hub

Challenges
As Campbell Park Community Council (CPCC) embarked on the ambitious development of a brand-new community hub, they faced a significant challenge: ensuring the building was digitally future-proofed from day one. Reliable internet, robust IT infrastructure, and modern hybrid meeting capabilities were essential—not just for operational efficiency, but to serve a community increasingly reliant on digital connectivity and remote engagement.

Approach
CloudyIT was proud to be involved from the earliest planning stages. Led by Ryan Jones, our team attended design meetings and reviewed architectural drawings to align IT requirements with the council’s vision. Our role encompassed designing and deploying the full IT and hybrid meeting room infrastructure:

  • - Installed 5 strategically placed TVs for presentations and community use
  • - Delivered 2 hybrid meeting rooms powered by Logitech Rally Bar systems for seamless in-person and remote collaboration
  • - Supplied building-wide internet and WiFi coverage through the installation of a central comms cabinet, managed switches, and access points
  • - Every element was tailored to ensure ease of use, scalability, and reliability.

Outcomes
The result is a digitally-enabled hub that’s ready to serve as a modern anchor for the local community. CPCC now enjoys high-performance connectivity, flexible meeting capabilities, and a tech infrastructure designed to grow with them.

Testimonial

“CloudyIT were with us from the very beginning, helping shape the digital backbone of our new hub. Their expertise and guidance were invaluable throughout the project."

A special thanks goes to Ryan Jones and the wider CloudyIT team for their outstanding commitment, hard work, and continued support. From early planning meetings through to installation and post-launch advice, their dedication has ensured our new community hub is equipped with reliable, user-friendly technology that will serve us well into the future.

The hybrid meeting rooms and robust WiFi will transform how we engage with both residents and partners—making it easier for people to attend meetings remotely and improving how services are delivered. This new infrastructure will benefit not just the council but the wider community, providing a space that’s inclusive, connected, and ready for the digital age.
