Brandon Town Council faced a critical deadline in June 2025: their existing Microsoft 365 licences were about to expire, placing access to essential council services and communications at serious risk. Without prompt intervention, staff could have lost access to email, files, and key productivity tools—impacting daily operations and public services. 

Approach 

CloudyIT acted swiftly, securing and deploying new Microsoft 365 licences to maintain seamless service continuity. Once stabilised, the council opted to futureproof operations by migrating their data into SharePoint, providing a centralised and secure workspace. As part of the project, CloudyIT Azure-joined each staff device, ensuring smoother logins, tighter security, and a far better user experience across Microsoft 365 tools.
