The council recognised the need for a robust, cloud-based solution to future-proof its operations and enable flexibility for its team.
Approach
CloudyIT worked closely with Fleet Town Council to transition to a Microsoft Teams Phone System. Through tailored consultations with staff and councillors, the team ensured the new solution met the council’s unique needs. CloudyIT set up a cloud-based PSTN solution, integrating the council’s landline number into Microsoft Teams. This allowed users to make and receive calls from the office, at home, or on the go using the Microsoft Teams app on their mobile phones. Comprehensive training was provided, ensuring that every user was confident and capable of using the system effectively.
