Challenges 

Lowestoft Town Council has been experiencing rapid growth, taking on an increasing number of large-scale projects while continuing to deliver core services to local residents. With a growing team and multiple concurrent responsibilities, the Council needed a way to manage decisions, meetings, and actions more efficiently - particularly as manual tracking and paper-based agendas were becoming unsustainable. 

Approach

Working closely with officers and members, we supported a structured rollout of Decisions, including personalised support from Tina and Steve - who brought practical, council-focused guidance during setup and onboarding.
