Laying the Foundations for Accessible Events with Logitech Rally and Microsoft Teams.

Challenges
Norfolk PTS aimed to make their Spring Conference more accessible by introducing an online attendance option for the first time. With no prior experience of hybrid events, the challenge lay in delivering a professional and reliable virtual experience that would complement the in-person atmosphere and serve as a foundation for future events. 

Approach
CloudyIT supported Norfolk PTS in broadcasting the event live via Microsoft Teams using our Logitech Rally hybrid meeting solution, allowing remote attendees to follow the content with ease. This first step into hybrid delivery was treated as a learning opportunity, providing a baseline from which to grow. 

Outcomes
The event was well received by both in-person and virtual attendees, with encouraging feedback on the online experience. As a first attempt, it proved to be a satisfactory step forward—delivering value while identifying areas to enhance in the future. Norfolk PTS is already seen as forward-thinking in their approach, offering a model for similar organisations looking to reach wider audiences.
